The Wise vs the Fool

“There is treasure and oil to be desired in the dwelling place

of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up.” Proverbs 21:20

The aforementioned scripture gives a distinction between the wise and the fool.

It gives one quality of the wise which the fool despises. However,

the quality is the ability to save. The wise has a consistent habit of saving

a portion of what has been earned but the fool has a habit of spending everything they earns.

Even when a fool is blessed with treasures he or she squanders it to even the extent

of squandering what is not theirs. So my friends make sure to save and encourage others to do so.

And make sure to bless those who are in need.

“Every wise man or woman buildeth their house:

but the foolish plucketh it down with their hands.” Proverbs 14:1

The scripture above is a contrast between the wise and the fool.

It is about our mindset of how we build ourselves up as individuals; our actions

are a product of our thoughts. However,

this scripture is a lesson to all of us in which we have to ask ourselves whether

our actions are building our very own lives or the people around us?

It is time my friends to ask ourselves the serious questions, are we adding

value to lives (including our own) or destroying them?

It’s a heart thing; time to ask who is that man or woman in the mirror?

Choose Life!

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

Be mindful that the devil and his cohort of darkness have a strategy against the saints.

Their nature is to steal, kill, and destroy God’s people who have something good to offer humanity.

However, the evil spirits and beings of this world are responsible for the destruction of this earth.

But don’t let them steal your dreams, vision, and aspirations.

Just think of all the lives that have been lost to drugs, alcohol, violence, injustice, sickness, diseases, etc.

And still, in spite of the darkness, Jesus Christ came to give life to our dreams, visions, and aspirations

to make life more meaningful. Therefore,

whenever Christ comes into our lives, our lives will never be the same.

Because, God gives us the discernment from his Word to recognize deceit

in order to avoid spiritual death in the long run.

So my friends, build up your personal relationship with God so that you can fulfil your

devine destiny therefore;

CHOOSE LIFE!
